Shipping & Returns
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items returned used or not in original condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not cover return shipping fee.
"Warehouse Items" are final sale and may not be sent back for refund.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or your refund will be issued.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from the Ugmonk HQ in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, USA.
We hand pick and pack every order. Our small team has shipped over 150,000 orders.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world and have customers in over 75 countries. (We don't currently ship to: Albania, Algeria, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Slovenia, Tunisia, Vietnam, and more)
If I live outside of the USA will I be charged additional custom fees?
We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees so you may need to pay additional fees when it arrives. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you this Duty Calculator to get an idea of what you will be charged when the package arrives. (Keep in mind this is just an estimator and not an exact amount)
How long does shipping take?
We ship orders via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on the location. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.
USA Shipping:
Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx, or UPS): 5-10 business days
Express Shipping (FedEx Express or UPS): 2-3 business days

Fedex International: 1-2 weeks (customs processing times vary)
Orders shipped internationally are not sent on a duties-paid basis (DDU). This means your order will likely be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees upon arrival.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and the shipping carrier, and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect or control these fees and cannot predict the exact amount.
Please note that courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, or local postal services) may also apply additional clearance or handling fees.
For UK customers: Orders over £135 will typically incur import VAT, customs duties, and a courier handling fee before delivery.
How do I track my order?
We typically ship orders in 2-4 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link.
Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.
International customers, once your packages leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but your package is still on its way.

Payments
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal or ApplePay.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, we certainly do. You can purchase Ugmonk Gift Cards here. The gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees or expiration dates.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are thoughtfully manufactured both domestically in the USA and overseas, depending on what allows us to achieve the best quality for each item and meet the Ugmonk quality standard.
